Once we receive your deposit (15% of the total tour cost), we will secure your reservation and proceed with the final booking right away. (Typically, the deposit is around 30% of the total price, though this may vary depending on group size and itinerary. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly.)

We strongly recommend making your tour reservation at least 30 days before your travel date. Full payment by credit card is required no later than 15 days prior to your arrival.

After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter with detailed information about the proposed flights, hotels, and tours. Should any conditions change after confirmation, China Odyssey Tours reserves the right to make necessary adjustments and provide comparable alternative arrangements.
