Cancellation & Refund

If you need to cancel your tour, you must submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your written request.

All payments for tour services not provided to you will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy as follows:

a.14 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date: 0% of the total payment per person.

b.7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 10% of the total payment per person.

c.2 to 6 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 50% of the total payment per person.

d.Within 2 days or on the scheduled departure date: 100% of the total payment per person.

e.In addition: any applicable cancellation fees imposed by service providers other than Abztrip (including but not limited to banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Substituting a traveler is treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the above cancellation fees.

After the tour has started, we cannot refund any amounts for unused services (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, railway companies, cruise companies, etc.) due to early departure, late arrival, or missed days on the tour.
