If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Abztrip, please notify your local tour guide or travel consultant immediately to prevent similar issues from occurring, whether before or during your trip.
For complaints or compensation claims, you must inform us in writing via email, regular mail, or facsimile within 15 days after completing your tour. Please include relevant receipts and supporting evidence with your claim. Abztrip will not be responsible for any claims submitted more than 15 days after the conclusion of your tour.
