Payment Guide
Abztrip will provide you with a quote calculated in Chinese currency (CNY), along with the equivalent quote in USD based on the current exchange rate. Please note that while the CNY quote remains unchanged, the USD quote may vary slightly due to fluctuations in the exchange rate (you can find reference rates at BOC EXCHANGE RATE).
Once you confirm your itinerary with us, we will request a deposit to secure your booking. Typically, the deposit is 15% of the total tour price. The specific amount may be adjusted by your travel consultant based on your itinerary and group size. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before your tour starts. Full payment is required if your tour is booked within 30 days before departure.
For your convenience, we accept various methods of payment:
PayPal
Paying via PayPal is fast, easy, and secure. With over 100 million customers, PayPal is widely trusted and accepted by global brands such as Dell and Starbucks. Abztrip also considers it a worry-free payment method for our clients.
How to Pay by PayPal:
Paying through PayPal is very simple. Your travel consultant will send you a secure PayPal online payment link via email. Just click the link, log in to your PayPal account, and click the “pay” button to complete your payment.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use the platform by providing your credit card information. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Please Note:
Our PayPal account details will appear when you click on the payment link provided.
If you choose to pay via PayPal and have an E-check option available, you can use it to complete your payment.
Credit Card
A. Credit Card (Online Payment)
Abztrip accepts Visa and MasterCard, but not debit cards. To complete the payment, click the “Pay Now” button in the link sent by your travel consultant via email. Your payment will be processed securely through Bank of China (one of the largest state-owned commercial banks in China).
B. American Express Credit Card Authorization Form
Abztrip accepts American Express payments via a clear photo or scan of the Authorization Form but does not accept debit cards. Your travel consultant will email you the Authorization Form for you to print and complete.
*Three Steps to Complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization:
Step 1.Fill Out the Authorization Form:
Print and complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with your valid credit card details (card type, number, cardholder’s name, billing address, and cardholder’s signature).
Step 2.Send Required Documents:
Scan or take high-resolution photos of the completed Authorization Form, both sides of your credit card, and your passport. Email the original image files to your travel consultant.
Important Note: Ensure the scans or photos are clear and legible for the bank to process the authorization. Use a high-resolution camera, and send us the original files without compression.
Processing the Payment:
Once we receive your authorization documents, we will confirm receipt via email and forward the documents to the Bank of China, which will help us process your payment through your credit card issuer.
Please Note:
Due to Chinese Government regulations, payments on our side are charged in CNY based on the current exchange rates in China. Your card issuer will charge you in your local currency. Abztrip has no control over the exchange rate applied by your card company. Therefore, there may be a slight difference between the final amount charged to your credit card and the amount listed on the Authorization Form.
Payments usually take 2–5 days to reach us. If you are making the payment less than 10 days before your arrival date, we will not accept credit card payments.
