How We Handle Your Private China Travel

Transfers
For land tours, you will enjoy private transfers between airports, railway stations, hotels, and scenic spots. You will be driven in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with a licensed driver and an English-speaking guide, as outlined in your itinerary. For travel between cities, we usually arrange flights or trains, as per your itinerary. International flights are available upon request.
Guides & Drivers
Guides: During your China tour, you will meet different guides at each destination. As per your itinerary, they will greet you at airports, train stations, piers, or hotels, holding a sign with your name.
Our guides always:
- Dress professionally and are non-smokers.
- Arrive 15 minutes early at the agreed meeting point.
- Assist you with hotel check-in.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and insightful introductions to the attractions, and answer your questions patiently.
- Help order meals when necessary and make adjustments if you’re not satisfied with the food.
- Constantly remind you to take care of your personal belongings.

Drivers: Only legally licensed drivers with at least three years of driving experience are assigned to our tours. They are highly familiar with local roads, and their records are free of major traffic accidents.
Our drivers are always:
- Professionally dressed and non-smokers.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and drive safely.
- Arrive 15 minutes early at the agreed meeting point.
- Open and close the car door for you.
- Assist with your baggage and remind you to take your valuables when exiting the vehicle.

Land Tour
Your private guide and driver will provide personalized services exclusively for you. From pick-up at the airport or train station to your departure, they will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you enjoy a tailored trip. You will not need to join other group tours and can adjust the sightseeing pace as you wish, provided it doesn’t affect the schedule.
Hotel
Over the years, we’ve handpicked a wide range of accommodations across China, from budget options to luxurious hotels, boutique stays to well-known chain brands, catering to every client’s needs. Typically, we include accommodations in the itinerary, unless you prefer to book your own.
Meals
We generally include breakfast and lunch in the itinerary. Breakfast is usually served at your hotel and can be a combination of Western or Chinese style, depending on your hotel’s offerings.
Lunches are typically à la carte at local Chinese restaurants, allowing you to try the best local dishes. Your guide will assist in ordering, as English may not be widely spoken at some local spots. In some cases, set-menu meals may be arranged en route for convenience.
While we typically leave dinners open for you to explore local restaurants on your own, we’re always happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences.
If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, please let your travel consultant or guide know in advance.
Shopping
Normally, we schedule one or two shopping stops at each destination. Here, you can purchase genuine, high-quality local specialties at reasonable prices, based on your own interests. We never force shopping on any of our tours.
If you prefer a shopping-free experience, simply let your travel consultant know during the planning phase, and they’ll help design an itinerary to suit your needs.
