Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions outlined below govern the agreement between you, the client, and us, Abztrip. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read them carefully to ensure you fully understand them before booking a trip with us.
Reservation
1. Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, an Abztrip travel consultant will contact you and assist in creating a tour plan based on your specific requirements and interests. Your travel consultant will work with you one-on-one until you are satisfied with your tour plan.
2.Once you confirm your tour plan (excluding international flights) with us, a 15% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Upon receiving your deposit and documents, we will finalize your reservations. However, for larger groups, the deposit amount may be higher depending on supplier fees, such as hotels and airlines.
Note: The percentage of the deposit may vary if international flights are booked with us. Kindly consult your travel consultant for more details.
3.We strongly recommend booking your tour at least 60 days prior to your preferred departure date to avoid disappointment. Full payment is required 30 days before your travel date. During peak travel seasons, we reserve the right to request a higher deposit or advance payment of the outstanding balance to secure your booking.
4.Once your booking is confirmed, your travel consultant will send you a Confirmation Letter detailing your booked flights, hotels, and other itinerary items.
In case of an emergency (such as the risk or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather, or transport issues) that falls under Force Majeure, is beyond our control, and occurs after issuing the Confirmation Letter, Abztrip reserves the right to make changes and offer you similar alternatives.
Please Note:
Certain promotions and deals may have specific terms. Please refer to the detailed terms and conditions provided on the respective promotion page.

If you need to cancel your tour, you must submit a written cancellation request. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date we receive your written request.

Alteration of Itinerary
Abztrip strives to provide the best possible tour experience for our clients. Before your reservation is confirmed, your travel consultant will adjust the itinerary free of charge until you are satisfied. However, once the Confirmation Letter is issued, any changes to the confirmed tour plan from your side will incur a fee of $25 per request. Changes to the tour date or destination may result in cancellation fees, and the feasibility of such changes is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If you make any alterations to the itinerary, you must pay any additional costs in advance.
In the event of changes to flight schedules, on-land transportation, or other circumstances beyond our control, Abztrip reserves the right to adjust your itinerary. Any increase or reduction in tour costs will be recalculated and either collected from or refunded to you accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of Abztrip and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Abztrip is not liable for any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of any service suppliers for land, air, and water transportation, sightseeing, cruise/hotel accommodations, or any third party not directly owned or operated by Abztrip. By using the services provided by these suppliers, you agree to seek recourse directly from them for any accident, injury, damage, or loss, as Abztrip will not be held accountable.
In emergencies or cases of force majeure, Abztrip reserves the right to adjust hotels, flights, scenic spots, or cruise ships, or cancel the tour at any time before it begins. Should Abztrip need to cancel a confirmed tour prior to its start, a full refund of the received payment will be issued. However, for flight tickets arranged by third parties, Abztrip will not be responsible for airline ticket cancellation fees.
Due to the possibility that not all scenic spots are open daily, Abztrip reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions or even substitute cities to ensure you visit all listed attractions. In such cases, the itinerary will be maintained as closely as possible, but refunds cannot be provided for unavailable attractions.
Abztrip is not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations or for the loss of valuable items caused by your own negligence.
Abztrip is not liable for any criminal acts committed by clients or acts deemed criminal under the laws of the destination country. However, we will assist law enforcement and the clients in investigations if needed.
Without limitation, Abztrip is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience caused by, or resulting from, the provision of, or failure to provide, goods or services due to— but not limited to—force majeure, insurrection, acts of war or civil unrest, strikes, criminal or terrorist activities, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or transport failures, delays in transportation, sanitation issues, lack of medical care, or any other conditions beyond Abztrip’s control.
Certain tour packages offered by Abztrip may involve activities requiring extra care, such as boarding and disembarking, climbing hills, or entering tombs and caves. While our tour guide will provide advice and assistance, all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Abztrip and its employees will not be held accountable for accidents once we have fulfilled our duty of care.
Travel Documents
Clients must possess a passport that is valid for at least six months to travel to any country within the service scope of Abztrip. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their documentation, the validity of their passport, and the timely dispatch of all necessary documents. Clients must provide their exact full name as it appears on their passport; otherwise, Abztrip will not be held responsible for any resulting delays or transportation issues. Additionally, it is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance in advance for their own protection.
Luggage Allowance
According to the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the checked luggage allowance for domestic flights is 20kg (44 pounds) for economy class, 30kg (66 pounds) for business class, and 40kg (88 pounds) for first class.
Hand luggage must weigh less than 5kg (11 pounds) in total and each piece should not exceed the dimensions of 20 x 40 x 55 cm (specific standards may vary slightly between airlines).

Passengers are responsible for any charges incurred for excess baggage.
The General Administration of Civil Aviation of China also requires all suitcases to be lockable. Otherwise, the airport may refuse to load them onto the aircraft.
Medical Issues
It is necessary to inform us in writing, either at the time of booking or before, about any physical, emotional, or mental conditions that may require professional care or specific equipment during your trip.
Please bring your own foldable wheelchair with you. Note that some conditions and certain types of tours may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Abztrip cannot guarantee wheelchair assistance or accessibility in destinations outside of China.
Abztrip reserves the right to refuse service to any clients whose condition, in our judgment, may impact the health or safety of other participants, as well as to pregnant women who are 6 months or more along in their pregnancy.
Clients should fully consider the risks associated with international travel and be aware of the health requirements for their destination. It is the client’s responsibility to check the safety and security conditions of both their destination and any transit areas.
For travelers to Tibet, a doctor’s certificate confirming normal blood pressure and heart health is required to confirm suitability for the trip.
Clients should verify and comply with the health and vaccination requirements needed to enter their destination and transit areas. It is advisable to consult with your doctor or local health department in advance.
Travel Insurance
Before you embark on your trip, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover a broad range of unexpected events, such as lost or damaged luggage, flight delays or cancellations, and more.
Force Majeure
Compensation will not be provided if the fulfillment of the contract between clients and Abztrip is hindered by events such as the risk or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorism, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, technical issues with transportation, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation or changes to scheduled flights, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Complaints and Claims
If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Abztrip, whether before, during, or after your tour, please inform us immediately through your local tour guide or travel consultant, so we can address the issue promptly and prevent it from recurring.
For any complaints or compensation requests, Abztrip must be notified by email or phone within 15 days after your tour ends. Please provide relevant receipts and evidence along with your complaint letter. Please note that Abztrip will not be responsible for any claims made after 15 days from the end of your tour.
